6.5 Pitch game, any concept for how we would do this?

line 167 - They want to go ...

line 167 - They want to go live end of 2016

line 214 - "The RFP states in 3.2 "There has been a similar tool which was rarely used and had to be closed due to security issues". Please can you let me know what this is referring to? I just know that the final reason why the platform was shut down has been security issues." This info is important to us! We should mention how secure our solution is!

line 26 - Can you elaborate more on the "Test knowledge in a self-review test (download FIFA certificate)" bullet point? Would a list of questions be sufficient? So the users can answer the test themselves and download the answers to verify the accuracy. Can you describe this process for us. the test would be s serious of questions that should be answered in the learning section. pre-set answers should be enough for this =>

in my opinon conflicts with line 118 "Test knowledge in a self-review test (download FIFA certificate)": What are the requirements regarding the certificate (format, protection, signature etc.). - low security requiremtns, potential for a multiple choice, download option

line 18 - "in general google ...

line 18 - "in general google maps can be used to assign people to their region" conflictions with line 46 which states that regions are grouped by "climate, language, religion...". These aspects are NOT provided by GOOGLE and would require a custom mapping/listing of regions... If "regions" are simply "regional groups" then members would need to be directed to their appropriate one...

line 19 - What specifically are envisioned as "region's section"... how are pitches organized? By region, by type, should it just be a list of pitches with each attribute of the pitch clearly marked for filters, seraches, featuring, etc..? How is this working within our structure? (see line 158, definition of regions)

line 62 - mobile/responsive expected

Line 63 - in a single region, do you have different type of pitches? How does this fit structurally with wanting the first separation to be between TYPES of pitches, and the requirement that a member can access all relevant information through a "regional group"... by this structure it seems there would be TWO regional groups.. one per TYPE of pitch

line 78 - how can we test our platform in 56K ? How often does this "worst case scenario" come up.. how many MAs or pitches are on a 56K speed

line 86 - graphs re. the log book are related to filling in data specifications (not number of tasks done) ie... root depth over the last 3 months, Ph levels over the past year.. etc... ( NOT covered by standard redmine reporting. .... will need some investigation)

line 96 - need regional info in SmartMatch... regions are custom created by FIFA (additional vocabs) and relevant region selected by members SMP, will prioritize content also tagged with that region (too manual process... if in groups, is more automatic in SMP, but Groups add low relevance)??

line 135 - What's our disaster recovery policy, infos?

line 169 - still no idea on our part for learning part of platform

line 217 - are we exclusively offering a cloud-hosted solution? should we make this explicit?
